Below is all of the information. If you are a match and would be able to donate, your help would be beyond appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>Sincerely,<br \/>\nJimmy<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&#8220;It has come to the attention of the Health Center that one of our\u00a0students is extremely ill. Our student has been receiving blood\u00a0transfusions at a rate of 1-2 pints per week and the family has reached out to the Stevens\u2019 community (Hoboken, NJ) for voluntary assistance. If you would like to donate blood that will be given directly to our student, please call the Blood Bank for Directed Donations to set up an appointment at: 800-439-6876.<\/p>\n<p>The closest \u201cdirected donation\u201d site with the most flexible hours is\u00a0located in Manhattan; however there are locations other than NYC available.<\/p>\n<p>Our student\u2019s blood type is B+ (which means\u00a0that he can receive all \u201cB\u201d and \u201cO\u201d positive and negative\u00a0blood).
